Ingredients
3 weet bix
1 tbs almond meal
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup almond milk
1/4 banana
1 tbs sugar free salty caramel topping@natvialiving
1 tbs peanut butter ( I used new skin on@mayvers)
2 tbs maple syrup
1/2 tsp salt
Directions
In a bowl combine weetbix, almond meal, milk, vanilla + caramel and pour into a small baking dish or ramekin.
To make the caramel - In a separate bowl combine peanut butter, salt and maple syrup. Stir the caramel through the weet bix mixture.
Top with banana + bake at 180 degrees celcius for 15 -20 minutes.
